Abstract

Abstract: The Government has taken various innovations that not only improves the quality of the academic field alone, but also coaching akhlakpun has received attention. One of them is to make the canteen Honesty. Born on the basis of honesty canteen Act No.14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, which in Article 16 states that, "the position of teachers and lecturers as professionals aiming to implement the national education system and achieve national education goals ...". Honesty in school canteens were made to provide education to students honesty and anti-corruption learning. This study used a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques used include: in-depth interviews, observation, participating study documentation. Data were collected through three techniques is organized, interpreted and analyzed in order to find themes and hypotheses, the validity of the data in check by using triangulation techniques, as well as data collection techniques. The purpose of the study was to determine and describe the model and design-based entrepreneurship in the cafeteria honest SDN Panggungrejo 04 Kepanjen. To answer the above problems the researcher uses descriptive qualitative data analysis and the results of this study will be uploaded to the Air ISSN journal as outputs. As a long-term target will be generated outputs a book and designing a model-based entrepreneurship Honest Diner. The achievement of the results of research advances, it is known that the cafeteria honest implementation techniques preceded the early stages; ordering food and drink menu are safe from preservatives dilanjudkan preparation activities are learner involvement in arranging and recording a wide variety of food and beverage menus in the book the financial statements of each class, setting up his change box and money box payments, sales stage; assisted some fifth grade students who picket duty every classroom has prepared canteen coordinator for tidying food and drink if there are scattered on the table, the final stage; students picket duty and clean up spilled snacks recorded in the books of each class snacks the rest of the report and report on the financial statements at the canteen coordinator. While the model and design-based entrepreneurship honest canteen grouped into 5 models include; 1). Model room setting, 2). Model layout varied menu of food and beverages that will be sold in the cafeteria, 3). Sales model, 4). Evaluation models, and 5). Model standard operating procedures honest cafeteria.
