Abstract

This study was conducted in 02 Kebonsari SDN Using a qualitative descriptive study or content analysis (content analysis) or the study of textbook content. Sources of data in this study is a thematic book students fourth grade curriculum in 2013 with the theme My food is healthy and nutritious my meals. The instruments used in the form of guidelines for suitability analysis with curriculum materials or activities in 2013, the suitability of the material or activity with the attitude, skills and knowledge, truth and accuracy of the language, as well as the suitability of media images. The results of the study can be described as follows: first, the suitability of the material or activity with Curriculum 2013, there were 71 of the 141 indicators materials or activities in accordance with the indicator amounted to 50.35%. Second, the suitability of the material or activity with the attitudes, skills, and knowledge of the details (1) there are 137 activities in accordance with the competencies or skills of 100%, (2) 127 of 137 activities are activities that correspond to the knowledge or competence totaled 92.70 %, (3) 137 of 137 activities are activities that correspond to the competence or attitude amounted to 100%. Third, the language of truth and accuracy of the details (1) of 2753 contained 2730 words correct word or amounted to 99.16%, (2) there is a sentence of 567 550 numbered sentences true or 97.00%, (3) of 431 sentences potential use of punctuation point and punctuation are 381 question correct sentence or totaled 88.39%. Fourth, the suitability of media images, 67 of the 72 pictures contained images corresponding media or amounted to 93.05%. Based on the results of this study concluded that the suitability of the material with Curriculum 2013 is quite valid, the suitability of the material or activity with the attitudes, skills, and knowledge as very valid, the truth and accuracy of the language as very valid, and the suitability of media images as well as very valid.
